Terms and Conditions for Speaker Credibility Snapshot

These Terms and Conditions apply to the Speaker Credibility Snapshot (“Snapshot”) provided by Emma Wainer trading as Speaking on Purpose (“We”, “Us”, “Our”) and purchased by the Client (“You”).

1. Overview of the Snapshot

1.1 The Speaker Credibility Snapshot is a one-off expert review of a short video submission (1–2 minutes) provided by you.

1.2 The Snapshot includes:

A written report with observations and practical recommendations
A video walkthrough explaining key findings
Identification of your top 2–3 focus areas for improvement

1.3 The Snapshot is designed to provide clarity on your current communication across Clarity, Connection, and Credibility.

2. Booking and Payment

2.1 The total cost of the Snapshot is £250.

2.2 Payment is required in full at the time of booking.

2.3 Your booking is confirmed once payment has been received.

3. Client Responsibilities

3.1 You agree to:

Submit a video recording (1–2 minutes) following the instructions provided
Ensure the video is clear enough for review (audio and visual)
Submit your video within 7 days of receiving the upload instructions unless otherwise agreed

3.2 The quality and usefulness of the Snapshot depends on the quality of the material submitted.

4. Delivery of the Snapshot

4.1 Your Snapshot will be delivered within 72 hours of receiving your video submission.

4.2 Delivery includes both the written report and video walkthrough.

4.3 Delivery timelines apply during standard working days (Monday–Friday) and may be extended during weekends or public holidays.

5. Refunds and Cancellations

5.1 Due to the nature of this service, no refunds are available once your video has been submitted.

5.2 If you choose not to submit your video after purchase, refunds are not guaranteed and may be offered at our discretion.

6. Nature of the Service

6.1 The Snapshot is advisory and developmental in nature. It is not a guarantee of specific outcomes, including increased business results, audience response, or client acquisition.

6.2 You are responsible for how you interpret and apply the feedback provided.

7. Intellectual Property

7.1 All materials provided as part of the Snapshot (written report and video walkthrough) remain the intellectual property of Speaking on Purpose.

7.2 These materials are for your personal use only and may not be shared, reproduced, or distributed without written permission.

8. Confidentiality and Data Protection

8.1 Your video and any associated materials will be treated as confidential and will not be shared with third parties without your consent.

8.2 Your data will be handled in accordance with UK GDPR and applicable data protection laws.

9. Liability

9.1 We are not liable for any business, financial, or professional outcomes resulting from the use of this service.

9.2 Our liability is limited to the amount paid for the Snapshot.

10. Authority Talk Credit

10.1 If you go on to purchase the Authority Talk programme, the £250 paid for the Snapshot will be credited against that programme fee.

10.2 This credit is valid for [you may want to define a timeframe, e.g. 3 or 6 months] from the date of purchase.

11. Governing Law

11.1 These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of England and Wales.

11.2 Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.

Agreement

By purchasing the Speaker Credibility Snapshot, you confirm that you have read and agree to these Terms and Conditions.

I agree to receive emails related to my Speaker Credibility Snapshot — including instructions, my report, and follow-up support. I understand I can unsubscribe at any time, and I’ll keep an eye on my inbox (and spam folder) so I don’t miss anything important.

I understand that once I submit my video for review, the Snapshot work begins and is non-refundable.If I have not yet submitted my video, I may request a refund within 7 days of purchase.
